    went to local pond and caught me a few meals nothing huge but they were nice and fat bout 8-9 inches.. looks tiny in my hand but im a big guy

    The fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad

    yes they are. me and a friend were discussing them today and both agreed they give crappie a run for there oney tastewise

    That is a very nice mess of redear,you cant beat (bluegill/bream depending on where you live)them for fight and they are oh so tasty.

    Caught some nice readears pond fishing the other day, but did not take any pic so no need to say anything about them.

    Man we caught some monster red-ears one day back around memorial day. Brother and I were on Lake Ouachita (AR) and it is uncommon to run into them on this 40,000 acre lake. We just got lucky and BOY did they eat good!

    Shellcrackers happen to be my number 1 fish to try and catch and eat too. Meat is very firm and tasty. Congradulations, I caught over 50 crackers last week and can't even get one bite this week.
