    Apparently in the Missouri Ozarks, there are 3 different types of Rock Bass.

    Warmouth perfer slow moving streams. The other two similar species like clear mountain streams.

    we used to catch them out of the New River...in Ashe County, N.C. by the dozens....we called them redeyes....they have a little sliver of red in their eyes....
