Thread: Crickets

I've never used crickets, or grasshoppers. How do you hook them? Thanks Doug

I usually go point in on the chest right under the head, but above the legs. Go down throught the cricket and back out under the legs toward the tail.

In the end, it looks like the cricket is upside downon the hook, but I've always had good luck doing it this way, and I don't think bream care.

They have kind of a hard "plate" that the legs all join into and this kind of helps them stay on.
