    Caught a bunch of gills today(small though,but fun to catch).Caught them on spoons&nibbles and quite a few on my mini hair jigs.Thanks Chaunc and CrappieKeith.

    We ended up 79 more yesterday! Bite was a little less noticable and they were scattered in a bigger area. I think the reason is they pulled the lake another 6 inches! Gotta go start cleaning them so we can hit them again! Ya know what they say-'better make hay when the sun shines'!

    Being as the panfisherman I am :D, I love to fish gill. I use an Wally Marshall ultralight combo using 4lb mono and wow, that is super fun fishing, here are a pic from a few outtings ago up at Guist Creek.

    Insane Panfisherman - Panfish & Crappie are my fish of choice

    Nothin like a ShellCracker on an ultralite w/ 4 lb. test!! Unless its a 2 1/2 lb Crappie on a Wally Marshall Mighty Lite!! Good Looking Picture- I couldnt get away with putting them in the sink-My 15 year old would stroke out!!!

    Haha, yeah the cat we have here about did that, she would get right up to the water; her face nearly touching it and then a fish would flop or splash and she'd take of a 100mph, it was entertaining in itself. :D
