Couldn't agree more with both of those statements. Fish will be fish whether a micro sunfish or a 5 lb catfish, both of which are easily susceptible to playing the bully when a lure passes by.

I make most of my own lures, which includes melting together parts of different soft plastic lures. I get a kick out of seeing fish -any fish - attack them! Plus, experimentation/confirmation is at the core of my fishing rewarded by the tidbits of information gained that will serve me well in the future.

Fishing is nature's aquatic puzzle anglers have an addictive need to solve.
