Thread: 1 hour 12 fish

After my brother and spent a couple hours at the range today , I tried to equal my last trip of catching a dozen in 32 minutes at the lake at the management area , at the range .
I couldn’t do it .
Today it took around 58 minutes to catch a dozen .
Most were small redbreast with a couple of small bass thrown in.
I took my 4’6” Major Craft Finetail glass travel rod , paired with a new model KastKing Zephyr SFS 1000 reel and Daiwa Braid .
A black 3mm tungsten bead jig tied on a size 10 Lil’ Nasty sickle jighook .
I had several short hitting , some that I could see swirl at the jig and miss .
