I use both boomerang tool and cuda scissor. Boomerang with me when out fishing and cuda stay at home due to not easy to hang on my belt. They both work good and give clean cut with any kind of line. One thing to remember with boomerang snip that the blade pretty small when cutting mono/FC knot use the same area (bottom of snip) leave the tip area just for braid. The area that cut knot a lot will get dull fast and wouldn’t give you clean cut with braid.
