there are stretches of the river below Parker that don’t see much fishing pressure.

I just told the wife that if I were ever to drive three days to fish, that would be the destination. She said I’ll be right here when ya get back. Havasu has been a trip of my dreams for years to chase fish like those. What monsters!

I fished there with Sonny in 2015 in late May and even though it was late May and fish were post spawn it was my best ever redear trip. April is prime time there. I hope to get out there again some day.
