What's considered big in your next of the woods for bluegills?

Here's my PB I got her on Saturday.
Small but Big! Almost lost my rod to this guy. I was dead sticking and leaning my rod against the gunnel. He had the rod tip in the water and the butt of the rod was at the 1 o'clock in the air.
