Did you measure that one? Looks like at least 11 ". Here in Missouri my biggest was 10.5" and weighed 1-05 but that was about 25 years ago. Been a long time since I hit the 10" mark. Occasionally I get a couple that will be over 9". Your fish is the biggest northern strain gill that I've seen in awhile. I did catch a 12" Coppernose in California a few years back.
