Thread: Adaptable plastics

As I unhooked a nice gill today, was thinking that the Panfish stinger that was being used as a trailer on a inline spinner had also been used to catch gills this past week using 3 different applications. Also was used as a trailer on spoons and by itself on a drop shot hook rig. Small tubes, stingers, split tail grubs & panfish worms are other plastics I use for various applications besides the ones they are used for on jig hooks and elbow spinners. All small baits, nothing that will override the action of the lure. Gives a different look and action to a bait. Anyone else having success using in other ways? Here's a few pics from today.
