    Default Casting spoons for gills...

    and a few OTHERS. 1/16oz. 1" Slender spoons w/single #10 hook dressed with 1" tubes on a Norsemen Outdoors ESP 5 1/2' 1 piece. Nice little rod I bought when they first came out years ago. 1/64-1/16oz. 2-4lb line. Still enjoy fishing it and can hold its own which the pics show. Bonus was that beautiful black crappie. Threw a couple of cranks before leaving. Funny how the smallest fish of the day hit those. Snapped a pic of the lake on the way out and something caught my eye as I headed down the trail.
