Those are C'ultiva S-55M size 6 vertical eye, inline from Finesse-Fishing. I also use Gamakatsu open eye siwash size 10 horizontal eye, inline from FishUSA and add extra split ring so hook point is positioned properly if using them on plug type lures. These are the two that I am currently using.
