I can't tell for sure what's behind the label in the picture above, but it looks like there is one in the corner that is black and green. Black, or black in combination with some other color are usually a good place to start if bluegill are the fish. Sometimes white can be extremely effective too. Don't be afraid to switch colors if you aren't getting bites though. If using those jig heads pictured above, I would only use the 1/32nd oz. ones for bluegill and prefer 1/64 oz. most of the time. A lot of insects and small fish contain grey and light brown and therefore those colors can often work well too.
