Had a fun 2 hours down at VFW Lake today. Had around 30 nice bull bluegills...colored up nice. Caught them on the new Abu Garcia Eradicator 6’ 7” Slow Taper Special. Lure was a 1 gram Daiwa Gekkabijin jig head #8 hook with a Sow Bug Trout Magnet body.....line was 2.3# test ester mono. This rod has an action great for bluegill....lot of fun.
