Read about the tm line of plastics on this webiste and decided to give them a try. I haven't used plastics for 15+ years so this was pretty much like starting over. Anyway finely got time to do a little testing so I went to a pond near me that I use as a test bed. Got the flyrod dialed in and had some pretty impressive results at this same pond so I knew 1 way or another anything that happened would be me and not the fish.
The fish in the pond aren't very agressive right now, still cold. Heck it's actually snowing right now and sticking, just under 1/2" on the sidewalk. So I put a bison tm on my ultra-lite and tipped it with a crappie nibble.

Started working my way around the pond, wasn't sure about the retrieve so I started trying different things. Didn't take long to find something that worked (slow reel with twitching). 1st fish caught was this skinny bass.

Did catch a couple bluegill

Along with a couple crappie

Only did 1 lap around the 1/3rd acre pond and caught 5 fish in 1 hour. There were also some tire kickers and a couple got off along with flat out misses.
These bison TM's are impressive!!! They did better then expected considering the cold water/weather & sluggish fish. Couple that with the fish that got off and my in-experience with them the Tm's made a good showing. I need to get out and do a lot more work with them to get more consistent.
