Default Coppernose , Natives and Hybrids

Went west to check our little place in the country , packed enough everything to not have to stop and not get near people .
was going to try to ketch crappie on a rocky isolated point but the spot I hit was closed to the public.
called a friend out that way and asked about fishing in one of the ponds they own .
gave me the gate code and told us I think that will be ok
the fish were not huge ,but the numbers were and my wife said on the first one .
    lets make tacos !
So we proceeded to give them about an hours worth of double KABOOM
they seemed to be nesting in the tall grass and a fair mess got to ride home with us in our truck .
Some coppernose ,some native bluegill and some green sunfish/bluegill hybrids are now on the menu .
about a foot under a float and we used tiny jigs 1/64 and 1/32 and sure enough had a grand time playing with them .
sure was fun and they had extra hard pull yesterday to help the episode out .
lost so many it wasn't funny ,but we laughed it up and high fived and gave them heck
    Double KABOOM is the word
