Very nice! My fever is so high today I may have to take this afternoon off.
    Birddog,

I pray that I may live to fish until my dying day. And when it comes to my last cast I then most humbly pray. When in the Lord's great landing net and peacefully asleep. That in His mercy I be judged, BIG ENOUGH TO KEEP.

Did those come from Russell? I was thinking of going to the hill tomorrow if weather permits but if youre catching gills that size in Russell maybe I need to try there first since I'm 10 minutes from a ramp.

    Gabowman,

They came from Russell but not Richard B. Russell. Russell Lake is a 100 acre lake in the Chattahochee National Forest 20 minutes or so from my house. I haven't had much luck at Richard B Russell for bream yet, although I haven't been there on this moon phase.

By the way I believe we meet before at the CWC ramp. You were launching and I was just leavin (camo boat with a funny lookin motor & poling platform). If i'd a known who you were at the time I would've followed ya to see where you where pennin up all them crappie. :D

Let us know how you do on Clarks Hill. Good luck.

Have you had much luck in Russell? I think I saw you mention going to Clarks Hill bream fishing too. How is it there?

Those will fry up just fine. Add the hushpuppies and fries and your in business.

Yep. That was me. Had I known who you were we'd went back after 'em. I knew who you were after seeing your boat pic here on the boards shortly after seeing and speaking to you at the ramp. Good looking boat you got too. There arent many around here like yours. Looks like rain over the weekend so I'll probably just go to the plant tomorrow and get caught up (ahead) and take a long afternoon next week when it warms back up some and the sun is out shining.
