I had never seen one of those until I moved to Arkansas. I catch them around rocky areas more than anywhere else. My father inlaw says they are called "rice slicks". And, he claims they are excellant eating. I have been along banks where they would be all I would catch. Their body cavities take too much room for them to be called a good catch for me. But, they are tasty and good fighters. I see quite a few reports that they are good trot line bait too.
