I picked up two of those, one 6' medium heavy and 2 6'6" medium lightning rods at our local walmart a few years back for 11.00 each. I use the bionics for jigging walleye on the Detroit River and have landed some giant catfish on the Saginaw River using them. Great Rods.

Love mine . I've landed 25" Stripers, 20# cats and many White Perch. Its light enough to be fun on smaller fish but will handle larger ones as well.
