Ok, so it’s just a pretty CNBG. The colors are outstanding when first removed from the water. I’ve seen video of mahi-mahi that are colored up strong, but ten minutes later are unremarkable. The transition happens quickly. I just wondered if I had stumbled into a crossbred fish in my little domain. Thanks for the answers everyone.
