Thread: Favorite hook and/or jig head size for bluegill

What size jigs do you guys use with the 1/64oz? I have some of the trout magnets just curious what else you'd use. How about casting with the light jigs? I don't have a boat so I'm stuck on shore. (Sorry I have lots of questions)

Try braid or light mono with a diameter of .12 to .15mm.

I use Trilene XL 2# a lot. It's very thin (.12mm), but I get excellent casting distance with it.
