Thanks for watching. It’s hard to say. I need to get back up in the lake to see if they are bedding.....plus there’ll be bigger red ear up there. I have no clue why those fish were where they were at. I fully understood all the bluegill stacked up on that log 15 feet down. That river rises and falls so much if the red ear make beds where I caught them yesterday they will have to leave the beds.....they’ll be dry. Water temps are low 60’s which tells me shell cracker are in pre-spawn. But the bluegill were peeing so they are in pre-spawn also. Last years big red ear video was in May. If the wind lays some I’ll be at the spot I did the shell cracker video last May 1st thing in the morning. You’re right.....with temps in the 80’s water is warming fast. Could happen quick.
