    Default caught my biggest shellcracker


    have not weighed it yet, but caught a 10" long shellcracker Sunday. I am wondering how close this will come to a 1 lb? I got so excited I put it in the freezer and told my wife I was going to have it mounted, but I dont think its big enough for that. Caught it on a cricket about 3 ft under a natural cork bobber.

    That is a very nice cracker for sure. I would guess it would weigth about 3/4 lb.:D

    Thats a great fish for ya,and if hes your biggest and you want to mount him go for it!!!Shoot if your a true fisherman he can stll weigh a pound :D

    on average, takes a 12" 'cracker to way a pound. have caught a 15incher that weighed 2 lb.

    congrats on the catch!!!my dad cought a 10 incher a bout amonth ago and that thing looked huge.
