Had the same thought on the handle.Have a med Rod and really love it.I like casting small crank baits "shad raps" it is excellent rod for these baits.Have a 3/8 oz roostertail tied to it most of the time and 8 lb nanofil.Wanted an ultra lite but a little uneasy in our clear deep lakes with timber.Going to pull the trigger on a Ultra lite JDM.just need a little more confidence in 2 lb line.Lol.think the 2 lb nanofil will give me the confidence i need.
