Try as I might,I can't seem to cover up the over fishy flavor of namely the trout I have caught.None of the trout fillets are over a few months old and are vacuum sealed,yet they seem to gain in fishy flavor each time we fix some.
I'm gonna blame the sweet flavor of crappie and gills for spoiling our taste,I'm gonna be a little upset if it affects my taste for catfish!
I started back eating catfish after thirty years,last year . Actually as much as I like crappie , red ear is taking over at my house .
