I can honestly say we don't catch many coppernose or red ear and blue gills that are much smaller than 11 inches. Lake Perris is truly a trophy pan fish lake. Allot of the locals here think all lakes have fish like this because they don't know any better. I herd a long time ago on the In Fisherman program that Lake Perris was one of the best pan fish lakes in the U.S., I believe them now that I am chasing them on a regular basis.

I saw the same program and believe it. Very nice coppernose. Wish I had a chance to go fish that place
