Coach, I do that all the time. I use a 2 jig set up with a 1/32 on the bottom and a 1/64 above. I use nibbles and slow troll close to good bream structure. I do this t catch a quick meal or have my wife with me.
I HAVE PLENTY OF 1/32 ROAD RUNNERS FOR BOTTOM . COULD PUT PLAIN HOOKS ON TOP .OR MAYBE A 1/32 GRUB ,TIPPED WITH A WAX WORM ON TOP WITH THE ROAD RUNNER ON BOTTOM .
