Yeah a lot think that. But if one wants to get a trophy Gill studies have shown it is better to try and do it in winter. Gills stack up below these dams I fish below in winter. Unfortunately I do not do well in the cold anymore....LOL. I値l pick the few days when there is bright sunshine....no wind......and I値l go after them again.
