Thread: One day trip to the Altamaha River.

My Dad and I headed out this past Saturday morning at around 4:45 heading to Jesup Georgia to fish the Altamaha. We arrived at around 7:00 and started fishing. The fish were biting good all day. We were throwing fly rods with Crickets. We ended up keeping 83 fish and probably caught over 200 and we used close to 300 crickets. It was a good Fathers day weekend doing what Dad and I both love to do and that is to catch them big Bluegill on the fly rods.
