    Thats something i have never been able to do is sling a fly rod, tried it a time or two but never got it figured out haha Nice catch looks like a blast

    I used to teach at least 3-4 kids every spring . Most can pick it up quick . We would start in the gym and cast without wind . Then move outside to practice with the wind and finish at a pond . Took about 3 hrs. each . I still get pictures on my phone from some of the boys . (some are now in their 50's )

    Thought of this post when I was coming back from shopping today. Saw a field with the clover in full bloom....lot of red. So my next two days at Dale Hollow I should fill the boat with the Gills and shellcrackers...hopefully......LOL.
