we now do all our scaly fish this way . We started this to allow children of dinner guest to eat without fear of bones . We had them pretty addicted to crappie only . Now we just as soon have bream as crappie to eat . still love to crappie fish but got plenty of these in the back yard .Not a long drive and never crowded .Name:  Video 11 0 00 00-01.jpg
