true ,we grew up eating catfish not skinned . :yikes

That's really cool. I leave the skin on when I fillet too. I mainly do it because I'm just not very good at filleting.

Sweet I'm working on year one health is bad!! Wish I had retired 10 years ago!!!

I retired the last day of June , 1998 and I am still loving it
