    Like to thank all fellow serviceman for your service.

    Me and Pedro got out for a couple of hours today. Could not believe the surface water temp was down to 64F!

    Congrats on the catch....right now I'm chasing crappie...but will get back to the Gills soon.

    Nice ones Sonny! Do you catch those pie plates year around out there? I occasionally luck into a few big (Arkansas big anyway) while jigging crappie in the winter.

    Ah - if I really knew how to catch Crappie - would be fishing for them too, LOL

    fe - let me know when you get out here..

    ketchn - they are some nice ones, I get them by accident. Check out the California section.

    Yeah Matt we get nice ones in the winter. Hate fishing in the cold though.

    Got to put more effort into it og - last month has been difficult to get out. Hoping the weather cooperates for the next few days...
