    Default New rod and reel

I have been fishing with a couple Zebco slingshots the last couple of years and have been very impressed by the supper cheap set-up. (Just be sure and change the line out as soon as you take one home)

But at last I have broken one of them, mishandling in transport, I sat a full cooler on it in the back of the truck on my way home...

Anyway even thought I have heard many negatives about the new 33's, I picked one up. Plan to use it bobber and drop shot fishing.
I will continue to use my open face for small jigs.

Sometimes you just got to try for yourself. Those Zebco 33's where great when I was a kid. I hope to report great things in a few weeks!

I like cheap gear. Nothing like pulling in that 8 pounder on your
$20 rod while you buddy with the $500 work of art isn't catching
    anything.

Same for hunting. Cheap guns work pretty well.

    All the Best,

Here's the thread I posted on the Main Board about the new Lady's 33 - after playing with it in the store I'd have to say they fixed the problem with it. Pics included.
