New Lures
Do any of you do anything to new lures, like let them sit out for awhile to air out or spray them with scent. I took one out of the pack and cast it a few times and had fish come up to it but would turn away. But I did manage to catch a tree and lose the lure, I am good at that.

Losing lures really gets on my nerves....especially the pricey ones....if I can see it I'm getting it! And if its shallow enough I still make a good effort....what lure did you get jap?
