    Default My First Shellcracker Trip


    Today was the first time I ever went to specifically catch shellcrackers. Didn't catch too many cause they were scattered and I had to find them. Finally caught a few. Ended with 8. Biggest went 11 inches. The fish are lying on a 1 x 12 board...





    Maybe next time all of them will be 11 inches. That was also my first trip to this lake....

    Caught them fishing red wigglers. They were hanging around in a patch or lily pads off a point. They were in the outside of the pads toward open water.
