strong words. you must be one disgruntal fella to come on the bream forum and insult people who love to catch bream. If all "dedicated crappie fisherman" act like you i hope i NEVER become one. what do the rest of you fellas think? is it really that easy to catch a hundred big gills before lunch? maybe it is.

If you're using 3 poles per person and live crickets, you're doing something wrong... very wrong if you don't!

Fishing with live bait is sooo primitive!:p

i use 3 poles so i can get the limit quick, go home, clean the fish, and be home with my wife and newborn son some of the day. I will be deployed next year to either afghanistan, iraq, or someother godforaken place and wont be able to fish for 8 months to a year. So... i dontlike to waste my time on the water battling to catch a few crappie when i can catch a buttload of fish somewhere else.

I was just aggravating y'all:D I'm actually jealous! I've been sick with pneumonia for the past month and haven't been able to get out... and probably would lower myself to fishin' for Bluegills right now... but I wouldn't use live bait!:p I'd use a 1/16 or 1/8 oz. Roostertail and tear them a new one!
