    Nice gills!
There's no difference Fatman. Tilapia have been released into the wild through flooding and unauthorized stocking. Mostly from flooding of aquaculture facilities I think.
Do gooder since April 26, 2009!

nice gills!do tilapia normaly get that big?can they survive in cooler waters?would be awesome if they were stocked in places,as long as they don't effect the ecosystem in a negative way

what do you catch talapia on? i think we have them here in florida in a couple lakes, just need to know what to put infront of their mouth so they will bite it.

We had some in Lochloosa but I think the long freezes we had this year killed em. I never could get em to bite anything so I used my frog gig to get em. They would come to the top in the pads and spatterdocks and just laze around like they were sunning theirselves.
I'm having an "out of money" experience.
