    Default Google Earth

If you don't use Google Earth to find your favorite fishing spot anywhere in the world, then you've missed out on an exciting internet tool. I can find all the creeks, coves, and boat ramps here on Lake Eufaula with Google Earth satellite imaging.

    Google Earth

The images for this lake may not be as current as some of the larger places on earth (New York City, Paris, London, etc...etc..) and they don't always allow you to zoom down close enough to see individuals walking on the sidewalk, but they're good enough to see everything important to crappie fishermen. And you can point your cursor to any spot and immediately have the GPS coordinates.

I will say that this program is very large and uses a lot of your computer's resources. Its a hog. I always make sure its the only program running when I'm using it and when I'm done, I close it out and reboot\restart my computer.

I hope you give it a try and if you do, let me know how you like it. I personally think its a great!

I've done the same, it's really helped me learn the layout of new lakes I fish.

I also have been using Google earth but just recently discovered that Mapquest sat view has newer imaging and better resolution of the upper end of Oologah and newer stuff of my neighborhood.
    Hey, tell me a story!
