if u blast it make sure that u use the correct media for that type of metal or it will look like u used 12ga with #8 shot with all the holes it will create,,good luck on your project

Thanks for your well wishes, but I made a comment earlier that the problem is solved. Not going to mess with it. Haul the boat to my son's house, I no longer have a problem. Simple as falling off a log backwards, wish I had thought of this before I started this thread.:D
