My apologies, hadn't checked the board in a while.

Put in at Cherokee landing and stayed on that end of the lake, which was very new to me. Saw lots of fish in brush piles but had trouble getting them to bite. I found it best to stay off the piles and cast to them and slowly bring my jig back thru. Didn't catch a fish after about 10:30. Only used jigs.

The water seems really clear right now. May need to go to lighter line.
