Garmin has several new panoptic transducers available. The standard live view is around 799.00. The echomap 73CV and the 93SV with chirp are both panoptics compatible. They have to be the chirp models. The 73 cv echomap with chirp is 599.00 so you can have a unit with panoptics for around 1,300.00. They also have 2 new panoptics transducers with 1 that has a narrow 20 deg cone for clearer images and the other shows bottom structure in basically 3D with live view. This will be a game changer. You can connect your panoptics transducer and your standard transducer on your unit together and split screen panoptics and chirp clear view, side view or sonar. The frequencies are far enough apart you won't get interference from them even at 6 inches apart. If you use a transducer pole like I do in the front of the boat, you can mount the panoptics transducer on the same pole directly above you standard transducer and not have to worry about interference. Hope this clears up some questions on panoptics and good fishing.
