Grandkid and I fished from Standing rock to Burnt Cabin, most all of our fish came from standing trees in 30-50 ft of water. Our #1 bait was a bobby garland minnow mindr in the silverfish color. We were using an 1/8th ounce timmy tom weedless head with 6 to 20 power pro braid. The braid makes it easier to feel the bite in deeper water. Now you can only get a few bites in each tree or pile then you must move on, its was also challenging the boat traffic and wind. I really appriciated my ranger boat that day. EB
