Been tied up with other things for the past few days and just now getting back to this thread.
CA's pic doesn't give enough info to know exactly what it is but, I'm thinking its a tree probably sunk by someone. Can't see the bottom. Dept is 24' and the cursor is at 21'. Temp was 39 degrees. I would guess its a cedar tree and has a bunch of crappie in and on it.
I definitely would have thrown out a marker bouy and checked it out!
I took some screen shots yesterday at Texoma but, forgot to bring in my SC card. Will try to do so later today or tomorrow.

I'd also like to add that the pic is from a Lowrance Touch unit. It's real easy to 'screen capture' by touching the 'pages' and 'power' buttons at the same time. Then transfer the pics to an SD card and bring the SD card to your computer. Look at the SD card and see the screen shots on your computer. Much better pics that using a camera to snap a pic of the unit itself. But, I'm sure you all know that?

I must have missed this post earlier. As to the "What is this?" question, you may have solved a question that has confounded many people for many years. The upper right scan looks as if it could be Jimmy Hoffa's casket.

I'm bored this morning so thought I'd post another screen shot to get this thread moving again. I know I posted this somewhere else but, here it is again.
It's on Texoma and some brush we put out a few weeks ago. No fish shown.

Grand lake, been getting a limit each trip. With technology these days the crappie can't hide, they might not bite, but they can't hide. Needless to say, I have been having a blast catching crappie.

Man that's a huge school of crappie! Are there even any bait fish in there you think?
