    Hey, Josh.
That lower picture kind of has a double image. Kinda looks like that guy Kilroy, who was always peeking over the wall.
If you don't get the post, Josh, just ask Bob (it's from the old geezer days).

I believe BigSky has declared war!
Actually, Kilroy was a WWII thing I think. But, I do remember him. He was everywhere back in the day.

These outfits are totally amazing, but I have always passed on getting high-tech doodads. However, I am saving up for the ultimate doodad. When I get too old (or decrepit, which is what my wife calls me)to cast, I intend to get a doodad with underwater camera, an underwater drone that swims to the fish, pries open it's jaws, inserts the hook, sets it, and lands it. Don't misunderstand, I don't have any sympathy for those poor fish in a barrel.

Cane Pole built one of these doodads. He is a retired engineer for NASA and has created many things to help with fishing. From building an RC pontoon boat that would catch fish to making a gps system for any trolling motor to connecting a JOYSTICK to use when guiding his TM on his "Pondtoon" boat. Find him in the electronices section of C.C

Chatt - gonna show the vastness of my ignorance here but can you tell me just what we are looking at here? Huge school on a sheer drop off with a few stick ups? Canyon gully with stick ups on both sides? Help me out here please. Whatever it is I like it a lot!

Looks like a creek channel with sticks and schools of fish. It's one of those images the HDS Touch system shows you, and when you look at it from above, your first thought is Holy Moly, and then you're....
    1. Marking that spot by merely touching the area you wish to mark and saving it.
    2. Tossing out a marker bouy then frantically grabbing your rod.
    3. If they are actively feeding, enjoying a good day of catching!

Coming across something like Chatt posted is exactly WHY I splurged for the HDS 9 Touch. It was way out of my budget, but well worth it. I use an older 520 c that IkenI had, on the TM up front to confirm the spot with 2d sonar. I have external antennas for both units set as close to directly above the transducers as possible.

Thanks Reaper. I'll bet you're right. I can see the creek channel with trees growing on both sides. It looks so good I instinctively grabbed for a marker buoy.
