In Cebuano or Visayan I said thank you very much and nmolina replied in Tagalog ( which is not spoken where I live) " you're welcome. At least that is my best guess as in Cebuano we would say " walay sapayan" . And now you have seen nearly the extent of my ability to communicate in a Filipino dialect, of which there are hundreds.
