See what I mean? Now THAT is a beautiful and yet manly hand! ROFL! Perfect timing Fishers.

Just noticed I have my little pinky stickin out. Fishers pinky is just semi erect. His selfies are definitely more masculine.

I hope everyone is paying attention here cause that right there is a great tip.WTG cA and thanks for that mini selfie seminar.

Wow, I have had the exact opposite results. Must be be something wrong.
-
Hmmm I haven't had this problem.

Like Fishers, I too have the opposite effect. Call Josh and let him know. He'll make it right but more important he needs to know if there is an issue. I have a couple of spools I'll loan you Jaime if needed

crappie_jiggin....sorry to hear about your troubles bub. I have been using BH line for a while now, have used the 6, 8, 10 pound mono and 12 pound braid and I have found nothing but positive things with it. have actually turned guys who swore by Viscous onto Bonehead line for two reasons, first and main reason was the breaking strength, and second was the lack of memory it has compared to other mono. I have straightened out several hooks with 8 pound mono and if you check out my post about blackwell, a lot of those fish were caught on 8 pound mono, the rest on 12 pound braid. we have caught hundreds of fish in a week all on the same line and have yet to have a problem. I do know Josh stands behind his product 100% so share your concerns with him and I bet you will walk away a happy guy. Please let the forum know what the end result is, so people are not left with reading about your negative experience and then having to wonder if Bonehead made it right or not.

I too have switched from using mister crappie 6 pound mono to bonehead 8 pound mono. Nothing but positive experience for me. I was reminded how much better bonehead is when I was using my 5 foot rood with mister crappie 6 pound mono and the jumble mess from the memory. As far as strength is concerned my experience has been the same as Josh. I was horsing over over 30 plus crappie over a pound with it breaking off. Please give bonehead another chance.

I didn't take it as you bad mouthing the product. You were simply stating what happened and if anyone else has experienced it. I did have a spool of 8 lb orange mono that was kinda spooled wonky which made it a little hard at times unspooling but that is it. Never had any problems breaking or slipping. I would contact Josh.
