Thread: I'm fishin tomorrow by gosh!

Hatt55 and I met up around noon at Crowder. He brought his boat and the plan was to try and lower the slab population a little bit. Water temp was around 57-59. Unfortunately so was the Northwest wind! We caught one. Too windy to put boat in and operate safely so we fished from the bank, visited and enjoyed the kite weather. Found some artificial holes that should be dandy with some higher water. Went to a protected cove Hatt had heard about. Saw them on the locator but couldnt get bit. Still, had a good day with a brother and looking forward to our next venture. Met up with davebrown42 at Best Western in Eufaula and went over some details for the camp. He'll be fishing Crowder tomorrow. Hope the wind lies down for him.

I am going to , just as soon as I can find my ex-wide angle lens. While you are breathlessly waiting I will say this: It is extremely hard to find a guy as handsome and as smart as you are to go fishing with. Crappiepappa and I both got that done yesterday!!!

Ya haven't had the pleasure of fishin wif me. I am prolly the most handsome man that ever caught a crappie.
