    Default Arcadia lake


    I was crappie fishing and got into some white bass so big I couldn't land am with my crappy gear. I was over on the dam fishing 6 foot deep in about 17 foot of waterhad a blast with the white bass

    Sparky405, you sure those weren't Wipers (Hybrids) Arcadia is full of them and they will eat crappie gear up. The last one I landed while crappie fishing there it pulled so much line off the reel I had to chase it down with my trolling motor. They are a lot of fun to catch.

    I looked at the fish identification chart it was Hybrid
    They were very strong

    I fished there again all day today and caught two blue catfish while fishing for crappie fished deep and shallow

    Went to arcadia Thursday morning caught 3 13in and two 10 in they're slowly making their way to the bank lost two good ones
